Shipping and Return Policies
We currently only accept domestic U.S. orders. Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. Pending order verification, orders are typically processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. With some unforeseen transit delays due to COVID-19, please be aware of varying transit timeframes by tracking your order via its carrier (e.g. USPS or UPS). Tracking information will be found in your shipping notification sent to you via communication method specified at checkout.
For all consumer orders under $75.00, we offer a $5.00 flat rate for Standard Shipping (est. 5-7 business days). Orders of $75.00 or more are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping. One or more additional, expedited shipping rate will be offered at checkout (e.g. $30.00 2-Day shipping).
For wholesale orders under $250.00, we offer a $20.00 flat rate for Standard Shipping (est. 5-7 business days). Orders of $250.00 or more are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping. One or more additional, expedited shipping rate will be offered at checkout.
While most items ship via UPS, EnjoyMarleyCBD.com reserves the right to send parcels as well as larger wholesale shipments via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination, given that orders will still arrive within reason of the expected arrival time.
Returns and Exchanges
Marley CBD and Docklight Brands stand behind the quality of the product that we sell, and we will always do our best to prioritize your happiness! However, due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges. It is our goal to ensure quality product and service, and we want you to be pleased with your Marley CBD purchases. If you received defective product or you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, including instances of receiving the wrong product(s) or product damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to address your concerns and/or request replacement product or refund.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement of product damaged during transit, claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the product to email@example.com. We encourage you to provide details of the damage, including photo proof of damage.
